LPGA's Pink Panther Uses Record-Breaking First Round to Propel Herself toVictory at the Jamie Farr
Covington, Ga. - At a LPGA TOUR event where the official mascot is the animated character, the Pink Panther, it is only fitting that the LPGA's own Pink Panther EPaula Creamer Ewould prevail. Creamer, powered largely by a course record 60 in round one, relied on her pink Precept ball all four rounds, winning the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic presented by Kroger, by two shots on Sunday, with a total score of 16-under par. The victory is her third this year and fourth since switching to the Precept Pink Lady iQ 180 golf ball.

"After some disappointing conclusions to the last few tournaments, this win means so much to me," said Creamer. "Usually I play my pink Precept only on Sundays. Since there is another 'Pink Panther' roaming around this tournament I thought it would be fun to use "Pinky" all 4 rounds. The 60 on Thursday was a thrill but I knew I had a lot more work to do and my Precept ball really performed the way I wanted it to in the clutch."

Creamer's iQ 180 golf ball features the same Seamless Cover TechnologyTM for ultimate consistency in ball-flight. Unlike competitors' balls, SCTTM assures that more of the surface of the ball is covered with dimples, resulting in added accuracy and consistency, even on "equator" and "pole" hits, where other balls sacrifice consistency. In addition, the pink Lady iQ 180 also relies on Bridgestone's, Gradational Compression core technology, using varying degrees of firmness from the inside to outside of the core in order to create greater repulsion and more distance off the tee.

"Paula continues to inspire scores of young golfers with her fun personality and fiery competitive spirit on and off the course. We're proud that she continues to rely on Precept in her ascension to the top of the LPGA," said Dan Murphy, Senior Director of Marketing EBridgestone Golf, Inc.

Creamer's win at the Highland Meadows Golf Club is her seventh LPGA TOUR victory and fourth with Precept's Pink Lady iQ 180 golf ball.

The Lady iQ 180 golf ball is available in pink, yellow, traditional white and pearl white and features a suggested retail price of $30 per dozen. For more information on the iQ series of balls and all of the 2008 Precept products visit
