Head is made of hyper maraging steel. It has become possible to achieve a high repulsion effect as well as a CG design that permits easy, high-trajectory shots to the green by reducing the face thickness to 1.85 mm, the thinnest ever in the history of the V-iQ.

2. “Triple Turbo Rubber structure” to suppress unwanted vibrations and realize a crisp flight and impact feel
The “Triple Turbo Rubber structure” employing “Super Turbo Rubber” to control unwanted vibrations generated at impact in the key areas of the head, shaft, and grip ensures great distance performance with a pleasing, crisp impact sound and feel.
3. “Emotional Engineering Design” to back up good shots with an easy-to-set-up square-faced design
With the adoption of two white scorelines and a design to incline the vertical lines toward the heel progressively with club numbers, it has succeeded in providing the feel of square alignment, which helps the player take aim and set up.
■A large choice of shaft variations
The lineup includes the VT-50i, an original graphite shaft allowing great distance by creating club head delay with its mid section and accelerating the head with its relatively soft tip section, the GS85 shaft, a new lightweight steel shaft from True Temper ensuring steady swings and permitting aggressive shots aiming at the pin.
