ˇ Offering both stability and controllability to allow the player to hit the ball into a desired trajectory.
In spite of its compact half cavity design, it has a face slightly larger than that of the New X-BLADE 901Eand offers a wider sweet area. It also excels in the ability to control spin while offering excellent club controllability derived from its short CG distance comparable to that of the 901. As it is designed to set CG lower and deeper than the New X-BLADE 901,Eit produces consistently higher trajectory shots. Furthermore, thanks to its relatively narrow sole width and strong bounce design, it realizes a smooth release even if the player hit down on the ball hard.
ˇ Half cavity not compromising in impact feeling and sound
Half cavity iron with a forged mild steel body of composite construction employing magnesium alloy in the back face, near the sole. It provides a comfortable impact feeling craved by pros and skilled golfers thanks to the magnesiums damping effect that mitigates vibrations generated in the head upon impact.
