Bridgestone Sports Co., Ltd. releases the “TOURSTAGE X-DRIVE GR BLACK,Ea driver offering the ease of launching the ball high and directional consistency without giving up the sharp-looking head form, from the TOURSTAGE X-DRIVE GR series and the “TOURSTAGE X-BLADE GR BLACK,Eforged mild carbon steel irons of pocket type cavity construction offering higher trajectories and improved distance performance, from the TOURSTAGE X-BLADE series. They are designed to allow golfers who have a head speed of around 43m/s and wish to use a professional model to hit high-trajectory shots.

【Major features】
1.Both driver and irons are built in the sharp-looking styles favored by pros, while they have achieved improvement in the ability to launch the ball high and pursued distance performance.
2.The driver is finished to a sharp appearance with black ion plating applied to the head. It is available in two types of shafts pursuing distance performance developed through collaboration with the “TOUR ADEby Graphite Design .
3.The irons have realized steady trajectories with little variability, in spite of their small authentic blade type form made with forged mild carbon steel, with the adoption of pocket type cavity construction providing forgiving features.

Lightweight titanium alloy Ti811 is adopted for the head body. Evolution in the ability to launch the ball high is achieved by taking advantage of weight reduction to distribute extra weight to the rear sole area and setting CG deeper. MOI is also increased through optimized weight distribution to improve directional consistency for off-center hits. |

2. Sharp appearance enhanced by a black ion plating finish

1. Initial ball velocity upon impact is improved with the adoption of high-strength spring steel in the face

As a result of the adoption of high-strength spring steel SUP 10 in the face, face plate thickness reduction becomes possible and repulsion effect improvement is achieved. This will improve initial ball velocity and distance. |

2. Setting CG lower and deeper is realized through face weight reduction. The ability to launch the ball high is improved.
